2006 CAT 236B Skid Steer Loader in excellent used condition for sale. There has only been 3 owners for this machine. The first 2 owners were neighbors located in New Liskard, ON, and me as the 3rd owner. The machine was serviced by Battlefield in New Liskard on April 25, 2022 (See attached Technician Report for details). The hour meter was replaced by CAT due to malfunction. There are a total of 2411 hours on this machine, 1821 original hours Plus 590 hours on the new meter. These hours are verifiable through the onboard computer. Unit comes with solid puncture proof tires, new rubber tracks, which work really well and a set of steel tracks. Also has a heated cab and hydraulic powered quick disconnect on the front end.
